N.K control system is our best-in-class control and management system to operate and supervise our Steam Air Retorts. This has been developed by our research and development team and is operated on industrial PC.
The control system makes the whole process seamless and smooth, offering you full control on the process ensuring desired and correct temperature as well as pressure control. We are Asia’s first manufacturer of automated regulatory system, developed on industrial PC. Our control system performs the function of automation, recording and control in its interface.

Now you can control, command and manage retort operations from another location via WiFi using any platform or device of convenience. This is convenient and secured.
PRECISION
Temperature and pressure values can be independently controlled. It offers control, follow-up and process cycles, proper display of measured parameters. Also offer semi-automatic control in manual mode

All generated data is created and saved in the system. The data is encrypted and secured for number of profiles.
